📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on fragrances and beauty products to customers, ensuring they receive personalized recommendations.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by promoting and selling Chemarome Indonesia's fragrance and beauty products.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to manage and analyze customer data, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the fragrance and beauty industry to offer innovative and relevant advice to customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our product range.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Participate in trade shows and events to showcase and promote our products, building strong relationships with industry professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fragrance and beauty industry, preferably in a sales or advisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and persuasive advice to customers.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance and beauty trends, with the ability to stay updated on industry developments.
• Certification in fragrance formulation or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
