📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality checks and testing of bakery products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor production processes to identify and address any quality issues.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices.
Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards before they are released to the market.
Prepare and maintain detailed quality control reports and documentation.
Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Stay updated with the latest food safety and quality control trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the bakery or food industry.
Certification in Food Safety or Quality Control is a plus.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Proficient in using quality control software such as QA/QC tools, Excel, and other relevant software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
