📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain food processing machinery, including mixers, extruders, and packaging equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of our equipment and reduce maintenance costs.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to meet production standards and quality requirements.
• Monitor machinery performance and generate reports on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for machinery operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food processing machinery maintenance and repair.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or ISO 22000.
• Knowledge of food processing equipment, including mixers, extruders, and packaging machinery.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations within Bali.
