📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement Shariah-compliant financial products and services tailored to corporate clients' needs.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for Islamic banking products and services.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of corporate banking initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality banking services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Islamic banking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to corporate clients.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Islamic Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on Islamic finance.
• Strong understanding of Shariah principles and Islamic banking products.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., Certified Islamic Finance Professional - CIFP) is a plus.
