📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial advice and support to project teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and Oracle.
- Certifications in accounting or tax (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
