🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software.
- Familiarity with labor dispute resolution processes.
- Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
