📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover overdue payments through effective communication and negotiation.
• Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and recovery progress.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Report on client activities and recovery status to the branch manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local regulations and financial products.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
