📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain training records and reports.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience in conducting training sessions in English is a plus.
