📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries.,Ensuring the accuracy and security of financial transactions.,Maintaining a clean and organized work area.,Following all bank policies and procedures.,Assisting customers with various banking services and products.,Reporting any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Participating in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Teller or similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.,Basic knowledge of banking services and products.,Proficiency in using computer and banking software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
