We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PMO Manager to lead our Data Centre Project. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the PMO team to ensure the successful delivery of the Data Centre project.,Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.,Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.,Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with project policies, procedures, and best practices.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.,Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing Data Centre projects or similar large-scale IT projects.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).,Understanding of data centre technologies and infrastructure is a plus.
