📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular store audits and provide feedback to ensure high standards of retail operations.
  • Train and mentor retail staff to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to boost sales and brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the retail team by fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
