📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
