📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
