📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth material flow.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse conditions.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory management processes.,Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory control and stock management practices.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
