📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage
