Tech Camp Sentosa is seeking a talented Deputy Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, meat, and other ingredients.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in daily food costing and menu planning.,Ensure all food and beverage items are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
