Sentral Wati Geprek is looking for a motivated Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Sanur. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing food service company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support the HR manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a food service or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
