As a Deputy Barista, you will be responsible for assisting the Barista in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Barista in preparing and serving coffee and beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the coffee menu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic bookkeeping.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 lbs.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
