Accor Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team in Karawang. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to start right away, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial support to the management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.,Provide financial support and advice to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
