📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness,Develop user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials,Provide feedback on technical content to improve readability and usability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Understanding of technical concepts and processes,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
