📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Work with the marketing team to promote the store and its products.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management position.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
