This is a remote role based in Bali, working on Australian infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and a proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage quantity surveying activities for Australian infrastructure projects.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost plans.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget.,Monitor and report on project costs, including variations and claims.,Ensure compliance with relevant Australian and Indonesian regulations and standards.,Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.,Provide training and support to junior quantity surveyors as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years of experience using COINS software.,Proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.,Strong understanding of Australian and Indonesian construction practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid work visa for Indonesia is a requirement.,Experience in infrastructure projects is a plus.
