📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and supervise the construction of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve engineering practices.,Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in project planning and cost estimation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.,Professional certification as a Civil Engineer (e.g., PE, M.Eng, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bali.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
