📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in core subjects including Mathematics, Indonesian Language, English, and Science.
• Implement the school's curriculum with a strong emphasis on Islamic values and character development.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Adhere to MHIS's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all educational standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in PGSD (Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar) or PGMI (Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah).
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum and Islamic educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools to enhance teaching and learning.
• Valid teaching certification and teaching license as required by the Indonesian government.
