As a Merchant Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new SME merchants, ensuring they meet our criteria, and providing ongoing support to maximize their success. You'll work closely with our sales team, using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to track and manage your pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping small businesses grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect new SME merchants in Bali, focusing on high-potential businesses.
• Conduct initial meetings and presentations to explain the benefits of partnering with Skyro.
• Onboard new merchants, ensuring they meet our criteria and are set up for success.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants to maximize their use of our platform.
• Track and manage the merchant acquisition pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Analyze merchant performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchant acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with the fintech and e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
