📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.,Participate in training and development programs for warehouse staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.,Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
