In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenditure, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, such as mechanics and fuel suppliers.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers as needed.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with company-wide goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and experience with driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements related to vehicle operations in Mempawah is preferred.
