PT Wisesa Yudha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
