📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Schedule and plan vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and service providers.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles, negotiating with suppliers and vendors.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions, including fuel purchases, maintenance costs, and mileage.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.

🛠️ Keahlian

Vehicle maintenance and repair knowledge.Basic understanding of accounting and financial management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (ExcelWordPowerPoint).Familiarity with fleet management software (e.g.FleetioGeotab).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
