📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and execute pastry recipes to meet customer demands and company standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and ingredients.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure availability.,Train and mentor junior staff members on pastry-making techniques and food safety.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new pastry products.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Deliver excellent customer service by providing information and recommendations to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing delicious and high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including remote tasks and office presence.
