📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
