📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to improve infrastructure and public services in the sub-district.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the government or private sector.
• Strong understanding of local governance and development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
