Store Town Unggul is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Singkawang. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, managing staff, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
